Ethan Brincat was sworn in as a Notary Public of Malta and Commissioner for Oaths in 2021, having passed the qualifying examination and completed a two-year traineeship. At 23, he was the youngest practising notary in Malta. Prior to that, he read law at the University of Malta for five years, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree followed by a Master of Notarial Studies. For many years before university, he was privately educated at Saint Aloysius College, Malta.
