Transfers of Graves at Addolorata

Where the owner of a grave at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery in Paola intends to transfer it to third parties, the notary must obtain the prior approval of the Superintendent of Public Health. The Superintendent may request a declaration that the transferee, or their family, do not already own a grave or grave site within the same cemetery.
