Site Plans

Two types of site plans are commonly used.

The more common type is the site plan issued by the Land Registry. This is required for almost all transfers of land, buildings, and airspace, as well as for registration at the Land Registry itself. In some cases, accompanying detailed plans are also needed.

The less common type is the site plan issued by the Planning Authority. This required for all transfers of vacant property and property situated within an urban conservation area (UCA), and is also necessary for certain applications with the Lands Authority.

Both types of site plan can be ordered online. However, this is best done through an architect, who can ensure that the correct scale is used.
