This office offers the service of cancelling hypothecs granted by borrowers to secure bank loans. Clients are only required to provide a cancellation letter issued by the bank, and, ideally, a copy of the deed of loan. This office will then liaise with the bank to arrange an appointment for the publication of the deed of cancellation. The client’s presence is not required.
